If interested in becoming a vendor, please email your request to HometownVendors@outlook.com. Include in the email which of our show(s) you are interested in. You can see our released show schedule under our events tab on our website. Once your email is received you will receive a response within 24-hours. Per our show policy, we do not "hold" or "save" spaces while waiting for applications to arrive. Our shows fill fast and are on a first-come-first-serve basis, so be sure to get your application and payment in as soon as possible!
Once registered (we've received your application and payment in the mail), we will send you a payment confirmation email. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email, then we did not receive your application and payment. Please be sure to follow up if you do not hear from us to make sure your items were received. One week prior to the show you will receive a final confirmation email.
We are not a booth layout show. Our spaces fit a 6ft table with 2 chairs for use. That comes out to about 6ft x 4ft for the table with the 2 chairs behind the table. You do have the option to purchase multiple spaces, but the cost is the same per space purchased. We do not offer bulk discounts on multiple event registrations. Some shows do have outside spaces that are 10ft x 10ft, which will be indicated on the application if available.
The only location that a 6ft table is provided with your space reservation is at Lorain Community College.
Parking, electric, and wifi are free at all of our shows. Electric is limited. It must be requested on application and is granted by a first received basis. We do take booth requests, but cannot always guarantee we can meet all of them. We do the best we can to make your experience as smooth as possible, but sometimes we need to alter our layouts for coordination reasons and can't meet all requests.
On average our shows get anywhere between 500-900 in foot traffic. Admission is FREE for customers for all our shows.
We do a variety of advertising for each show. This includes but is not limited to: social media, social media paid ads, print paid ads, press releases, online event listing sites, flyers, yard signage, paid advertisements in local papers, vendor spotlight blogs, and more.
